Big Oak Tavern partnered with Weed Cellars to host a New American food & wine pairing dinner for restaurateurs. Owner and chef, Nathaniel Armstrong, selected seven wines from Weed Cellars’ portfolio to pair with the elegant six-course dining experience. Weed Cellars’ in-house sommelier, Murphy Perng, spoke about how each wine would enhance each course, providing an enchanting experience that extended beyond the sum parts of the meal.
