Weed Blackberry Smash

Ingredients:
10 lime wedges
4 blackberries
8 teaspoons simple syrup
12 mint leaves
2 mint sprigs and 6 blackberries for garnish
6 oz Weed Cellars Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Ice

Directions:
Combine the lime wedges, blackberries, simple syrup, and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Using a muddler, gently mash the ingredients together.
Add ice and bourbon. Cover and shake vigorously to combine, 30 seconds.
Strain into two rocks glasses with ice. Garnish each with 1 mint sprig and 3 blackberries.

Weed Manhattan

Ingredients:
4 ½ oz Weed Cellars Straight Bourbon Whiskey
5 dashes Angostura bitters
2 oz Brandy
3 oz sweet vermouth
2 Maraschino cherries
Ice

Directions:
To a mixing glass with cracked ice, add bourbon, bitters, brandy and vermouth.
Stir for 30 seconds and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish each with a Maraschino cherry.

Weed Boulevardier

Ingredients:
4 oz Weed Cellars Straight Bourbon Whiskey
2 oz sweet vermouth
1 ¾ oz Campari
2 orange peels for garnish
Ice

Directions:
To a mixing glass with cracked ice, add bourbon, sweet vermouth, and Campari.
Stir for 30 seconds and strain into two rocks glasses over ice. Garnish each with an orange peel.

New York Sour

Servings: 2
Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
4 oz Weed Cellars Straight Bourbon Whiskey
2 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
2 oz maple syrup
1.5 oz Weed Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon
Ice

Directions:
Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, cover, and shake vigorously for 30 seconds to combine.
Strain into two rocks glasses with ice. Position the back of a spoon over the a rocks glass and pour ¾ oz Cabernet Sauvignon over the back of the spoon, so it floats on top of the brown-yellow layer below. Do the same with the second rocks glass.
