4 Must-Try Wine Cocktails for Valentine’s Day

Planning a special homemade dinner for Valentine’s Day? Add romantic post-dinner cocktails to your menu to wrap up your epic night. We’ve put together four simple recipes using your favorite Weed Cellars wines that taste as delicious as they look!


Weed Prosecco & Rose
Servings: 2
Total Time: 5 minutes



2 ounces cranberry peach juice
2 teaspoons rose water
1 Tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
3 ounces gin
1 egg white
5 ice cubes
6 ounces Weed Cellars Prosecco
2 rose petals, for garnish



  1. To a cocktail shaker without ice, add cranberry peach juice, rose water, lemon juice, gin, and the egg white. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  2. Add the ice cubes and shake for another 15 seconds to chill the mixture. Strain into two champagne flutes. Top each with 3 ounces of Prosecco and 1 rose petal.


Valentine's Paloma
Servings: 2
Total Time: 5 minutes

4 ounces Weed Straight Bourbon
5 ounces grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
4 slices grapefruit
3 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 Tablespoons rose water
4 ounces Sparkling Italian Rosé
Ice cubes
Flower petals
  1. To a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes. Pour in the Weed Straight Bourbon, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and rose water. Shake until chilled, and strain into a coupe glass.
  2. Add 2 ounces of Weed Cellars Sparkling Italian Rosé to each glass. Garnish each with 2 slices of grapefruit and flower petals. Serve chilled.


Cherry Prosecco Float
Servings: 2
Total Time: 5 minutes

12 ounces Weed Cellars Prosecco
6 graham crackers
3 Tablespoons vanilla ice cream
1 Tablespoon grenadine
whipped cream
3 cherries
  1. Halve the cherries. Run two cherry halves along the rims of two Champagne flutes.
  2. Finely crush the graham crackers and transfer them into a shallow plate. Dip the rim of the flutes in the graham cracker crumbs.
  3. Add 1 ½ Tablespoons of vanilla ice cream into each flute and pour in ½ Tablespoon of grenadine. Add 6 ounces Weed Cellars Prosecco per flute.
  4. Top each beverage with whipped cream and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs. Garnish with a cherry and serve.


Weed Pink
Servings: 2
Total Time: 5 minutes

3 ½ ounces gin
8 ounces Weed Cellars Rosé
1 ounces lemon juice
2 ounces Chambord
2 sprigs rosemary
5 strawberries, halved

  1. Fill two wine glasses halfway with ice. To each glass, add 1 ¾ ounces of gin, 4 ounces of rosé, ½ ounce lemon juice and 1 ounce of Chambord, and stir.
  2. Garnish each with 5 strawberry halves and a sprig of rosemary.
