4 Prosecco Cocktails to Help You Ring in 2021

There’s nothing like popping open some bubbly to get us in a celebratory mood. This New Year’s Eve, try your hand at mixing your own cocktails with Weed Cellars Prosecco. Our Prosecco’s fresh, fruity flavors and creamy bubbles make it the ideal ingredient with which to make your delicious creations.

Weed Prosecco Sunshine
Servings: 2
Total Time: 5 minutes

 

 

Ingredients:
1 ½ Tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 Tablespoons ginger syrup
2 ½ Tablespoons honey
4 ounces gin
8 ounces Weed Cellars Prosecco
5 ice cubes
2 slices lemon, for garnish
2 sprigs rosemary, for garnish

 

Directions:

  1. To a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes. Pour in the lemon juice, ginger syrup, honey, and gin. Shake until the honey dissolves, and strain into two champagne flutes.
  2. Pour 3 ounces of Weed Cellars Prosecco atop each glass. Garnish each with a slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary and serve.

Weed Prosecco Pom
Servings: 2
Total Time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients:
7 ounces pomegranate juice
3 ounces orange juice
1 ½ ounces orange liqueur (Cointreau)
4 ounces Weed Cellars Prosecco
12 fresh cranberries, for garnish
 

Directions:

  1. To a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes. Pour in the pomegranate juice, orange juice, and orange liqueur, and shake until chilled.
  2. Strain into two coupe glasses. Top each with 2 ounces Prosecco and 6 cranberries, for garnish.

 

Weed Amaretto Kiss
Servings: 2
Total Time: 5 minutes

 
Ingredients:
2 ounces Amaretto
½ ounce peach schnapps
2 ounces orange juice, freshly squeezed
5 ice cubes
6 ounces Weed Cellars Prosecco
6 blackberries, for garnish
2 orange rinds
 

Directions:

  1. To a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes. Pour in the Amaretto, peach schnapps, and orange juice, and shake until cold.
  2. Strain into two coupe glasses and top with 3 ounces of Prosecco, each. Garnish each with 3 blackberries and an orange rind.
 
Weed Prosecco & Rose
Servings: 2
Total Time: 5 minutes

 

 

Ingredients:
2 ounces cranberry peach juice
2 teaspoons rose water
1 Tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
3 ounces gin
1 egg white
5 ice cubes
6 ounces Weed Cellars Prosecco
2 rose petals, for garnish

 

Directions:

  1. To a cocktail shaker without ice, add cranberry peach juice, rose water, lemon juice, gin, and the egg white. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  2. Add the ice cubes and shake for another 15 seconds to chill the mixture.
Strain into two champagne flutes. Top each with 3 ounces of Prosecco and 1 rose petal.
